every saturday from 16:00-17:30 the froh marrkt kiki for children and (grand)parents

location: schwimmbadstrasse 33, 5430 wettingen ("Flex-do")

the whole family is welcome, also grandparents with grandchildren.

at froh-markt kiki we will laugh, dance, invent, listen...

procedure:

16:00: joint laughter yoga children & (Grand)Parents

16:30: inventing & acting out magical stories (children only).

parents get another fun "task" here:)

17:00: short joint laughter yoga children & parents

17:15: end with reading from one of my children's books.

My laughter yoga includes laughter games, gibberish (fantasy language) and free dancing. Laughter yoga has many wonderful effects on health and well-being. In addition, laughter yoga strengthens the relationship with othres. Laughing together is very bonding.
